At Jasper Mattress, we want every customer to enjoy pure spinal comfort and deep, restful sleep. If your mattress does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return & refund process. Please read the policy below carefully to understand your eligibility and the steps involved.

Condition of Returned Mattress
To qualify for a return:
- The mattress must be clean, undamaged, and free from stains, odors, or tears.
- The mattress should show no signs of misuse, such as folding damage, water exposure, or improper handling.
- Original packaging is preferred but not mandatory if the mattress is safely packed for pickup.
- Submit a return request through our Customer Support with order details.
- Our team will verify eligibility and schedule a pickup.
- Once the mattress is collected and inspected, the refund process will begin.
- You will be notified via email/SMS at each step.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Processing may take 7–14 business days after the inspection is completed.
- Shipping/handling charges and special discounts (if any) are non-refundable.
- If the mattress was purchased during a clearance, combo, or festival sale, refund values may be adjusted accordingly.
If you wish to exchange the Jasper Mattress for a different size or model:
- Exchanges are allowed within the return period.
- Any price difference must be paid by the customer at the time of exchange.
- Exchange pickups follow the same process as returns.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only within 10–30 days from the date of delivery (based on your store rules).
- The mattress must be used on a proper bed base and handled with reasonable care.
- Returns are accepted only for purchases made through our official website or authorized partners.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Jasper Mattress order anytime before it has been shipped, and we will process a full refund without any deductions. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled instantly and will instead be treated as a return request after delivery. In such cases, you will need to receive the product first and then initiate a return through our customer support team. We always recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you change your mind so we can assist you quickly and prevent the order from being shipped. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, whether you decide to go ahead with the purchase or cancel it.
Situations Not Eligible for Return/Refund
- Damages caused by misuse, accidents, pets, or incorrect bed base.
- Mattresses exposed to water, moisture, or strong chemicals.
- Products used in commercial setups without prior approval (hotel/PG rental purchase policies may vary).
- Return requests made after the allowed return period.
